Terms and Conditions
Your pet must be fully vaccinated and proof of vaccination must be provided upon arrival. We cannot accept any animal which is not fully vaccinated.
Boarding Charges
The stated prices are for each day of boarding. There are no further charges as our prices are inclusive of VAT, comprehensive 5 star veterinary insurance, food and heating. The day of arrival and departure are charged as days of boarding and there is a three day minimum charge. The veterinary insurance covers yours pets whole stay and up to 72 hours after collection to a maximum of £500. The insurance does not cover any known conditions.
